How does the integration between SellUP and SkyService work?
In order to use the Telegram chatbot SellUp, you must first activate the SkyMarket application. After activating SkyMarket in the Telegram application, find the BotFather bot and enter the action /newbot. Name your bot and copy the token. Next, add the SellUp application to SkyService POS. Activate sales and enter the saved token in the Bot Token line. And in order to be able to conduct online sales, you must obtain a key from BotFather. After you enter all the data, the chatbot will be fully ready to accept orders from your customers and transfer all information on the order to the POS terminal.
What is the module for?
Using the SellUP program, you can create a chatbot in Telegram. This bot will be able to accept and process customer orders, with payment in any convenient way.
What opportunities will you get?
All orders that come through the Telegram chat bot are displayed in the POS terminal. The client will be able to:
- place an order yourself;
- choose a payment option from those provided;
- indicate possible tip payments;
- fill in the order delivery details and pay.
