Is this tool fully customizable?

No. Everything related to products and categories in Sky Market is displayed according to the Skyservice settings. Only the data of your online platform is manually configured.

I have several retail outlets with different addresses and opening hours, can I list them all?

Yes. By specifying in the settings the points that accept orders in Sky Market with Skyservice, contacts for each will be displayed along with the work schedules.

Do the category names in Skyservice meet internal needs and will they also be displayed in Skymarket?

Yes, but if necessary, everything can be changed in Skyservice without any problems. You can rename a category or subcategory exclusively for Sky Market in the Additional settings of the tool, the “Categories” tab. The renamed category (subcategory) will be displayed on the website without causing any problems when working with categories in Skyservice.

How can you focus a customer's attention on a specific product/item?

It is possible to highlight a separate item/product or draw attention by adding the desired item to “Recommended Products”, which is available in the “Basic” tab of the tool’s Additional Settings.

I often update my assortment, and it is not convenient to add all items to Recommended Products. Is there another way?

Yes. For all new products, you can add the “New” tag in the settings, which will be displayed on the position in Skymarket.

There are special offers that should be at a reduced price. Is it possible to implement them?

Yes. You just need to add the tag “Promotion” to the special offer, and in the “Price” field, change the price to the one you need at the moment. Specify the “Old price” next to it for visibility of the promotional offer.

In order not to sell individual items of goods/products in Sky Market, is it necessary to move them to a separate category and not display it?

Not necessarily. You can uncheck the box for the desired item/product in the product settings and it will not be displayed in the category for sale in Sky Market.
