Uklon Delivery is a B2B courier network run by Uklon, a Ukrainian mobility brand founded in 2010. Wiring it into Skyservice POS turns the checkout screen into a dispatch console: your cashier types the drop-off address, chooses a vehicle class, confirms the fare — and the courier is on the way. There is no need for a separate Uklon Business app, a parallel account, or duplicated workflows. Every receipt is fiscalised through Skyservice like any regular sale, and refunds stay inside Skyservice too.
How the Uklon Delivery and Skyservice POS integration works
Once the Uklon Delivery module is switched on inside Skyservice POS, a new channel called "Uklon order" appears in the order screen. The cashier picks the pickup outlet, enters the recipient's address and chooses car or motorbike — the fare is calculated live from distance (starting at 14.8 ₴/km with a 70 ₴ minimum) and the current surge multiplier.
Skyservice then hunts for the closest available courier and streams status updates back to the cashier: "Looking for driver" → "Accepted" → "Arrived" → "On the way" → "Completed". The guest gets an SMS with the courier's number and a live tracking link. Optional flags: door-to-door hand-off with confirmation code, scheduled pickup at a specific time, and cash-on-delivery collection.
